My name is Mariagiovanna, and Acquerello was born from a simple dream: to create a place where you can truly feel at home, even when you’re far from home.
A few years ago, together with my husband, we started this project driven by our love for authentic places—those that welcome you through their silences, scents, light, and small details.
Our rooms are spaces designed to offer calm, warmth, and beauty—places where you can pause, breathe, and experience the area at an unhurried pace, whether for a weekend or a longer stay.

A place where historic architecture meets modern comfort, with original beams, authentic materials, and spaces designed to make you feel instantly at home. Here, you experience the truest Tuscany, with everything just steps away and the kind of silence that offers the rarest luxury: unhurried time.

The apartment is just a few steps from the historic center of San Quirico d’Orcia. The room was spotless, and the shared kitchen was impeccably clean with all the comforts. Kudos to the host, who managed everything perfectly—even though I didn’t meet them in person, I received all the information I needed. I highly recommend this location 100%!

The common area with the kitchen is beautiful and fully equipped. A true oasis in San Quirico d’Orcia.
